Do you offer Domestic Embroidery and Screenprinting services?

Yes, OTTO CAP offers domestic embroidery services and screenprinting via heat transfer technology. The minimum order requirement is 48 pieces per style, color, size, and design. We also accept customer-provided garments for decoration.

The estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 30 business days after all final approvals, with delivery times subject to variation based on order quantity and design complexity.

Do you offer Overseas Embroidery and Screenprinting services?

Yes. OTTO CAP offers full-service embroidery and screen printing directly through our overseas operations. The minimum order for overseas custom decoration is 144 pieces (12 dozen) per style, color, size, and design. Estimated delivery is approximately 21 to 65 days from the date of pre-production sample approval.
