Do you offer Domestic Embroidery and Screenprinting services?

Yes, OTTO CAP offers domestic embroidery services and screenprinting via heat transfer technology. The minimum order requirement is 48 pieces per style, color, size, and design. We also accept customer-provided garments for decoration.

The estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 30 business days after all final approvals, with delivery times subject to variation based on order quantity and design complexity.

Do you offer Overseas Embroidery and Screenprinting services?

Yes. OTTO offers full-service embroidery and screen printing directly through our overseas operations. The minimum order for overseas custom decoration is 144 pieces (12 dozen) per style, color, size, and design. Estimated delivery is approximately 21 to 65 days from the date of pre-production sample approval.

What is the Embroidering and Screenprinting areas for caps and shirts?

Domestic Embroidery and Screen Printing
Maximum decoration areas for finished products are as follows:

Caps:

  • Front: 4 1/2 inches wide x 2 1/4 inches high
  • Back: 4 inches wide x 1 1/4 inches high
  • Side: 2 1/2 inches wide x 1 1/2 inches high

Sun Visors:

  • Front: 3 1/2 inches wide x 1 1/4 inches high

T-Shirts:

  • 13 inches wide x 12 inches high

 

Can the OTTO label be removed?

Private labeling is available for custom cap orders produced through our overseas program.

Can the OTTO sticker be removed from the visor?

Sticker removal is available exclusively for overseas orders.

Is 3D puff embroidery offered?

Yes, both domestic and overseas 3D puff embroidery options are available.

Can you apply heat transfer to a six-panel cap?

Yes, heat transfer is possible on six-panel caps. For tailored recommendations, please consult with a custom sales representative.

Are patches available, and what types do you offer?

Yes, we offer a variety of patch options, including embroidered, 3D embroidered, sublimated, woven, screen printed, faux leather, silicone, and genuine leather patches.

Can patches be sewn onto straw hats?

Patch application on straw hats is offered exclusively through our overseas services.
