Is there a minimum quantity for one order?
Minimum Order Quantities:
• Blank Products: The minimum order is 12 pieces per style and color.
• Domestic Custom Products: A minimum of 48 pieces per style, color, and logo is required.
• Overseas Custom Products: The minimum order is 144 pieces for headwear or 2,000 pieces for apparel, per style, size, color, and logo.
These requirements ensure the highest standards of quality and customization are maintained across our collections.
What happens to my online order when it has been placed?
Once your order is placed, it is promptly routed to our Order Entry Department for immediate processing. You will receive an order summary via email for your records. In-stock items are shipped within the next business day to ensure timely delivery. Should any items be on backorder or if there are changes to your order, you will be notified directly to keep you fully informed throughout the process.
Is backorder available?
Yes, OTTO CAP offers a convenient backorder service to ensure you have access to our full product range:
Step 1: Place your order for any quantity—even if an item is currently low in stock or out of stock. OTTO CAP will process your request based on real-time inventory status.
Step 2: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your backordered items become available.
Step 3: Please confirm your backorder and complete payment. If payment is not received within seven business days, the backorder will be automatically cancelled.
You can check the status of your backorder or cancel at any time by visiting the Backorders section. All backordered items are shipped directly from our California warehouse, ensuring reliable and efficient fulfillment.
What items qualifies for free shipping?
Free shipping is available for products sold directly by OTTO CAP. To qualify, your order must total 24 pieces or more of OTTO products. Please note the following guidelines:
- Only OTTO products are eligible for free ground shipping; products sent to us for customization (NON-OTTO) do not qualify.
- Free ground shipping applies exclusively to shipments delivered by OTTO’s preferred carrier within the contiguous United States; shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.
- Free shipping became effective for all new orders placed on or after December 1, 2023. Orders or backorders submitted prior to this date are not eligible, even if fulfilled later.
For the highest value and convenience, ensure your qualifying OTTO products meet the minimum requirement and are shipped through our preferred carrier network.
Why don’t I see discounted expedited shipping costs?
OTTO’s complimentary shipping offer applies exclusively to ground shipping. If you elect to expedite your shipment, please note that you will be responsible for the full cost of the expedited service. Discounted rates or credits for the difference between ground and expedited shipping are not available.
