Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Blank Products

Domestic blank products are typically shipped within the next business day from our California, Texas, or Georgia facilities.

Domestic Custom Products

Domestic custom products are shipped approximately 10 business days after all final approvals are received.

TPU Thermaprint & Patch

Custom TPU Thermaprint and Patch items are shipped approximately 20 business days following final approvals.

Overseas Custom Products

Overseas custom products are shipped within an estimated 21, 30, or 65 days after all final approvals, depending on the item and production requirements.

Cancellation & Returns

Eligibility

Please carefully inspect all merchandise for correct style, size, color, and quality prior to any decoration. Returns will not be accepted for merchandise that has been printed, embroidered, or otherwise altered.

Return Authorization (RA) Number

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) Number, which must be requested within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. Returns must be received at our facility within 15 days of the RA issue date.

30-Day Policy

Returns for any reason will not be accepted beyond 30 days from the original receipt date. All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Claims

Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for review.
